IBReST is an integrated breast reconstructive surgery team consisting of Dr. Rita Poon and Dr. Shanta Veliautham, two oncoplastic breast surgeons who have independent practices yet work together as a team to offer comprehensive oncoplastic and reconstructive options for all patients with breast cancers. At IBReST, our staff will get the patient’s health information and review the patient’s health status to prepare a specific care plan. The patient and family have the right to take part in planning the healthcare plan with the staff.
