TMI Sports Medicine and Orthopedic Surgery were founded in 2004 by Dr. Keith Meister who was at the time a tenured Associate Professor in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at the University of Florida, serving as Team Physician for the Gators. The practice consists of world-class surgical physicians covering the areas of sports medicine, spine care, joint replacement, and orthopedic trauma. An integral part of the practice is sub-specialized physical therapists, athletic trainers, strength and conditioning coaches, and experts in exercise science/kinesiology.
