The Women's Sports Forum (commonly referred to as The FORUM) is a national nonprofit organization composed of board-certified, fellowship-trained female orthopedic surgeons whose practices focus on sports medicine. Founded in 1999, the organization was established to create a professional network and collaborative environment for women practicing orthopedic sports medicine, a field that historically had relatively few female specialists. Today, the organization has grown to more than 90 members throughout the United States.
